2018 Customer Support Training Sessions

We are excited about our 2018 Customer Training Series. Once a month, our support team will explore RF-SMART functionality and cover hot topics that many of you are curious about, like printer troubleshooting. 

As a valued customer, you’ll want to make time for these 30-minute sessions to expand your RF-SMART knowledge. New sessions will occur the last Wednesday of every month. Check back often for updated dates and topics.

FEBRUARY: NetSuite Sales Order Picking Options  

This session will be a discussion about the various types of Sales Order Picking functions, including Sales Order Picking, Sales Order Picking Advanced, Sales Order Picking (Bulk), Sales Order Picking (Multiple), and Sales Order Picking (Scan Item).

MARCH: Common Printing Issues in NetSuite

This session will be an overview discussion of the most common printing issues that are reported to our NetSuite customer support team, as well as the steps to resolve them.  The focus will be on enabling proactive troubleshooting steps to resolve basic printing issues as quickly and easily as possible.

APRIL: RF-SMART for AX-  Performance Hints, Tips and Tricks

In this session, we will share different tips and trips for maximizing the performance of your RF-SMART for AX system. The focus will mainly be on AX2012, but we will be throwing some useful AX 2009 hints in too.
