Support

Our extensively trained RF-SMART support personnel know how to quickly triage the source of an issue and provide attentive service in resolving it as quickly as possible. In short, their job is to make sure you can do your job.

Our support service processes include formal issue resolution and escalation procedures, as well as post-resolution follow-up to ensure that our remedy met your expectations.

  • Standard Support hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm - in the customer's local time zone

Implementation & Configuration Services

Our implementation methodology is a flexible, structured process with standardization and documented phases that have been refined through hundreds of mobile projects.

Because successful projects require great communication, we involve RF-SMART Sales, Solution Consulting, Delivery and Support personnel in the implementation process to ensure your ultimate satisfaction. 

RF-SMART projects begin with a thorough needs analysis and solution design process called a System Requirements Definition (SRD). Performed in close partnership with your project team and your Oracle Services Partner, the SRD serves as the "game plan" for your RF-SMART project. It defines the timelines, responsibilities, and objectives needed for a smooth and effective project from start to finish. 

Once the analysis and design stages are completed, your instance of RF-SMART is provisioned, configured to meet your needs, and any tailoring (when required) is performed. This is followed by system testing, training and Conference Room Pilot (CRP).

Our implementation methodology is designed to complement your Oracle Cloud implementation in order to deliver a seamless "total solution" implementation that meets or exceeds your expectations.
