To fully support every customers'
data collection initiative and ensure their immediate and
ongoing satisfaction as an ICS customer, we offer a complete
range of services:
.
System Requirements Definition (SRD)
Understanding how you want to
use barcodes or RFID tags, the manner in which your Dynamics
AX or JD Edwards enterprise software is set-up, and why your
business processes are important are the first steps in ensuring
your satisfaction as an RF-SMART® customer.
This discovery or needs analysis process, which we call an
SRD, enables our combined project team to have a clear and
complete understanding of our mutual project. The resulting
document details timelines, responsibilities, functionality
needs, objectives, and ultimately serves as the "game
plan" for the project implementation.

RF-SMART Implementation
 |
... |
Taking into account the results of the
SRD process, the physical layout of your facilities
and other important criteria, we initiate the implementation,
or software delivery process.
This process includes project planning, software installation,
ERP integration, tailoring RF-SMART to your specific
needs, and testing the entire system to ensure it operates
as defined in the SRD.
|
Once the system is fully tested, the next step is a Conference
Room Pilot, or CRP. In or around this phase, we fully train
your project team, company trainer, and/or your RF end-users
to use all of the features and options of RF-SMART. This allows
you to develop a true sense of ownership. Then, we are right
there with you when RF-SMART goes live.
In delivering our products, we deploy experienced technical
and project management resources who respond to your requests
in a professional and timely manner. They quickly remedy any
issue that may arise as they work hard to meet every functional,
timeframe and budget requirement.
ICS' services personnel are compensated based upon their
effectiveness in building customer satisfaction.

Software Training
The more you understand a software product, the more value
you'll get out of it. To help you get
the most out of RF-SMART, we offer comprehensive training
every month.
RF-SMART
Training includes instructor-led lectures and hands-on
exercises that help students become fully proficient
and comfortable with RF-SMART's administrative features,
options, settings, reporting and more. In fact, it's
the exact same training every RF-SMART employee is required
to take.

Help Desk Support
 |
... |
We like to compare our Help Desk team
to Maytag Repairmen: They are very good, but maybe have
too much time on their hands.
Think about this: With approximately 1,500 installations
around the world, our Help Desk averages just 1.1 calls/emails
per day (36 per month). That's less than one call per
location every 5 years.
|
Our Support Team surveys each customer for comments
after every issue resolution to ensure quality performance.
The results? Of the responding customers, 24% are "Satisfied"
with the service they received, 76% are "Very Satisfied."
Yes...that equals 100%.
