This was the third year RF-SMART has won this award, ranking 3rd in the medium-sized company division. The Jacksonville Business Journal identifies companies that have interesting workplaces, the best culture, and the happiest employees - based off an online survey where employees are given the freedom to answer questions honestly about their workplace.
